The perfect preparation:
For the perfect espresso, use an extraction temperature of 90 - 93°C and a dosage of at least 14.5 g for a double espresso. The ideal extraction time is between 22 and 28 seconds. To unveil the full aroma and complexity of the coffee, we recommend BWT Mineralized Water. With mineralized water, the subtle nuances of the coffee are particularly emphasized, leading to a more intense taste experience.
