A multi-action filter cartridge for healthy water throughout the house

The 4-in-1 anti-limescale filter cartridge provides multiple benefits for household water in a single sleeve, which can be installed in a simple 10-inch single-bowl filter.

This cartridge offers several filtration actions thanks to its unique design:

• The blue filter sleeve retains impurities up to 25 microns (sand, silt, sediment, dead leaves...) and prevents bacteria from proliferating in the filter thanks to the bacteriostatic treatment that gives it its blue color.
• The inside of the cartridge is filled with silicophosphate crystals, which not only prevent limescale formation but also protect against corrosion of metal surfaces.

Maintenance and Compatibility

The 4-in-1 anti-limescale cartridge is compatible with all 10" filters on the market. It is particularly provided as the main cartridge of the BWT B.PROTECT anti-limescale filter.

It is recommended to change the cartridge every year, as this is generally the time it takes for the anti-limescale crystals to dissolve completely. However, it may be necessary to replace it more frequently, approximately every 6 months, if you notice that the outer part (blue sleeve) becomes dirty quickly and turns brown.
