BWT and ADAC race toge­ther for Africa

Over 2.2 billion people world­wide have no regular access to clean drin­king water. With the b.water­MIS­SION project of the AQUA Pearls For You and Planet Blue Foun­da­tion, BWT is committed to the construc­tion of sustai­nable well systems in prima­rily rural regions in Africa.

By expan­ding the part­ner­ship with the ADAC, which has existed since 2019, the entire DTM racing series could be fully equipped with water dispen­sers for teams, athletes and fans in 2023, thus saving unne­ces­sary CO2 emis­sions and tons of plastic waste and setting an example for change.

In addi­tion, we have gained a strong partner in the ADAC, which is working with us to build wells in Africa and thus provide local people with access to clean drin­king water.
