BWT and ADAC race together for Africa

Over 2.2 billion people world­wide have no regular access to clean drinking water. With the b.water­MIS­SION project of the AQUA Pearls For You and Planet Blue Foun­da­tion, BWT is committed to the construc­tion of sustain­able well systems in primarily rural regions in Africa.

By expanding the part­ner­ship with the ADAC, which has existed since 2019, the entire DTM racing series could be fully equipped with water dispensers for teams, athletes and fans in 2023, thus saving unnec­es­sary CO2 emis­sions and tons of plastic waste and setting an example for change.

In addi­tion, we have gained a strong partner in the ADAC, which is working with us to build wells in Africa and thus provide local people with access to clean drinking water.
